AFRL DSRC : System Maintenance

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Department of Defense Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC)'s Penguin Computing TrueHPC system, Raider, will undergo scheduled maintenance from Monday, 01 December 2025 at 0900 until Friday, 12 December 2025 1600 Eastern Time. The following items will be completed during this scheduled maintenance:

1. OS Upgrades
2. DDN Client Upgrades
3. NVIDIA Firmware

Jobs running at the start of the maintenance will not continue. Queued jobs will be requeued once maintenance is complete. Users are invited to report problems and direct requests for unclassified assistance to the HPC Help Desk at 1-877-222-2039 or email help@helpdesk.hpc.mil. Users may also submit a ticket to the Help Desk by visiting the Service Portal at https://helpdesk.hpc.mil/hpc and selecting the "Get Help" option.
