AFRL DSRC : System Maintenance

The AFRL DSRC Penguin Solutions TrueHPC (Raider) system will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 0800 Eastern Time on Monday, 20 May 2024 through 1700 Eastern Time on Friday, 24 May 2024.

The following items will be completed during this scheduled maintenance:

1. System, scheduler, and storage updates and patching.
2. Software module updates and configuration.
3. Hardware repairs.

Jobs running at the start of the maintenance will not continue. Any jobs in the queue at the start of the maintenance will be requeued.

Users are encouraged to contact the HPC Help Desk with any questions or requests for unclassified assistance by emailing help@helpdesk.hpc.mil, calling 877-222-2039, or by visiting the Help Desk Service Portal at https://helpdesk.hpc.mil/hpc. The Help Desk is available from 0800-2000 Eastern time, Monday-Friday, Federal holidays excluded.
