Applicability of CREATE Tools

Any government employee, contractor, or academic researcher who is actively supporting the DoD's RDT&E and/or acquisition engineering mission may request access to the HPCMP CREATE™ software. Access to this software does not depend on being an active HPCMP user.

Applying for a CREATE Account

To request access to a specific CREATE product, register for an account on our portal at https://portal.create.hpc.mil (CAC or YubiKey required). Once your account is approved, you may log in and access the requested software. Please be aware that your account may take 1-2 weeks for approval. After applying, if you have any questions about your application status or access, please contact CREATE User Accounts at createaccounts@create.hpc.mil.

For applicants without a CAC or YubiKey, please contact create@hpc.mil to request a paper application.

Applying for Access to CREATE Genesis Tools

To request access to the Genesis software, you may submit the Online Genesis Software Request, or you can download and complete the PDF Version, and email it to us at create@hpc.mil.
