When to Contact the HPC Help Desk	Users should contact the HPC Help Desk when assistance is needed for unclassified problems, issues, or questions.

Warhawk Scheduled Maintenance

AFRL DSRC : System Maintenance

2024 Oct 14 08:00 - Oct 25 17:00 ET

The AFRL DSRC HPE Cray EX (Warhawk) will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from Monday, 14th October 2024 at 8:00 EDT until Friday, 25th October 2024 at 17:00 EDT. During this outage, the following items will be completed:

HPCM 1.8 to 1.10
OS SLES 15 SP4-LTSS to SLES 15 SP5
Slingshot 2.0.1 to 2.2 (could go to 2.1.3 based on testing currently taking place on dev-Warhawk)
CPE 24.03 install (in addition to older versions)
Various Hardware Upgrades

The queue will begin draining on Monday, 30th September 2024 at 8:00 EDT. No new jobs will be allowed to queue after that time. Jobs running at the start of the maintenance will not continue. Any jobs in the queue at the start of the maintenance will be requeued. Users are invited to report problems and direct requests for unclassified assistance to the HPC Help Desk at 1-877-222-2039 or by E-mail to help@helpdesk.hpc.mil.
