AFRL DSRC : Degraded State

The AFRL DSRC Penguin Computing TrueHPC (Raider) system is currently in a degraded state. Users may encounter difficulty utilizing the system or accessing files at this time. We currently have no ETA for when the system will return to production service, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Users are encouraged to contact the HPC Help Desk with any questions or requests for unclassified assistance by emailing help@helpdesk.hpc.mil, calling 877-222-2039, or by visiting the Help Desk Service Portal at https://helpdesk.hpc.mil/hpc. The Help Desk is available from 0800-2000 Eastern time, Monday-Friday, Federal Holidays excluded.
