AFRL DSRC : System Maintenance

The Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Department of Defense Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC)'s HPE Cray EX system, Warhawk, will undergo scheduled maintenance from Monday, 19 May 2025 at 0800 EST until Friday, 30 May 2025 at 1700 EST. The following items will be completed during this scheduled maintenance:

• OS and firmware upgrades on nodes.
• Upgrades to HPCM, Slingshot, and Fabric Manager.
• Upgrades to HPE Cray Programming Environment.

Jobs running at the start of the maintenance will not continue. Queued jobs will be requeued once maintenance is complete.

Users are invited to report problems and direct requests for unclassified assistance to the HPC Help Desk at 1-877-222-2039 or email help@helpdesk.hpc.mil. Users may also submit a ticket to the Help Desk by visiting the Service Portal at https://helpdesk.hpc.mil/hpc and selecting the "Get Help" option.
