The HPCMP ServiceNow instance is currently unavailable. Technicians are working to resolve the issue, but we do not have an ETA to provide for when ServiceNow will return to service. Emails sent to help@helpdesk.hpc.mil will be processed as soon as the application is restored. In the meantime, users may reach out to the Help Desk with any questions or requests for unclassified assistance by calling 877-222-2039.
