Baseline Configuration is a DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP) Project tasked to define a common set of capabilities and functions so that users can work more productively and collaboratively when using the HPC resources at multiple computing centers.

Participating DoD Supercomputing Resource Centers (DSRCs) are: Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Wright Patterson AFB, OH; Army Research Laboratory (ARL), Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD; Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS; Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC), Kihei, HI; and Navy (formerly NAVO), John C. Stennis Space Center, MS.
