Add cmake to Baseline Configuration

What would it take to have cmake added to the Baseline Configuration? It is the make system for paraview and ezViz which are installed most everywhere (They are part of the Baseline Configuration, correct?).

The utility cmake is installed across all HPCMP systems under $PET_HOME/bin. If you have more questions on cmake and ccmake, PET Computational Environment (CE) Team will gladly help.
