I'm sure you are already working on a similar thread so I will be brief. The utility mpscp is used by a few of my users to selected system and it dramatically reduces the time of transfers both between MSRCs and between users and MSRCs.

The DoD HPCMP Baseline Configuration (BC) Team has established a policy (FY06-14) on moving files between centers using DOE's multi-path secure copy program (MPSCP). The BC Web site will soon include full details on this policy.
